Working with Employer Branding agency Symphony Talent, I led the strategy and execution to move Sky's attraction in-house, resulting in significant cost savings.

This process was costly, and time to hire was an eye-watering 12 weeks.
Sky wanted to bring process in-house, to have more control over spend, processes and timings.
Over the course of 2 months, I led the strategy and process mapping of the end-to-end activities - including everything from media attraction, through to career site applications and onboarding.
Detailed media plans were created for each line of business and creative assets were designed and formatted for each channel.
The campaign covered job boards, PPC led activity, radio, Spotify, outdoor (bus, billboard and bus stop posters) as well as social media.
